Facilities overview

It is mainly divided into three areas: Woodwork, Lacquerwork, Acoustics research. According to the needs of functional expansion, the facilities will be continuously improved and the space utilization rate will be improved.

Low humidity working area

Main woodworking room

Both light and heavy woodworking are mainly carried out in this place, but due to the special climate and geographical conditions in Xinhui, the humidity in this area fluctuates greatly, which is only suitable for some guqin woodworking.

Main filming place

Due to the well-equipped facilities and the natural light and shadow in the room, most of the teaching videos for Qin making are currently filmed here.

High humidity working area

Lacquer modification area

This room is located close to the slope, so it seems that the indoor humidity is relatively high throughout the year, and there is groundwater seepage during the rainy season, which is especially good for lacquer work.

Storage transit and water smoothing area

Although the environment here has relatively high humidity throughout the year, but it provides a fairly stable indoor environment for dehumidification transfer storage. The water milling area is set up in response to the connection of lacquer work, and the number of moves should be reduced in principle.

Lacquer working area

High humidity and enclosed spaces allow less dust to float in the indoor air. Combined with a high humidity environment, the environment with high requirements for lacquer art complements each other and has a higher degree of controllability.

Tools R&D area

Tools R&D room

Guqin production requires a large number of self-developed tools and template rulers. As long as there is a need, the idea and requirements can be materialized through advanced equipment and put into actual use.

Acoustic Research Area

Audio Show Room

This is a comprehensive exhibition area. In addition to displaying the finished Guqin and the sound amplification function, it is more a shared exhibition area for the family business of HIFI equipment.

Acoustic Research Laboratory

This is an internal non-public area, which is a cooperative use area for my father family business. A key laboratory for researching electroacoustic technology and a series of acoustic phenomena such as resonance.

Under improvement

Recording research room

Through the guqin sound recording can be digitized and share interactive Qin with friends all over the world, it can also be instrumental recordings due to collect and record material needs.

Secret Tech R&D Room (inbuild)

This is about my personal space for internal use alone, a higher level lacquer research and Qin tuning with a bit in the other places.
